Printing a Cost Adjustment List

1. When you first enter the Cost Adjustment option a Select A Cost Adjustment window will appear allowing you to EXIT, ADD ADJUSTMENT ID, PRINT LIST, or select an existing cost adjustment. Select PRINT LIST.

2. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following information will be displayed when you print a Cost Adjustment List:

• ID – The unique alphanumeric ID associated with the cost adjustment
• Adjustment Name – The name of the cost adjustment
• Account – The account and cost center associated with the cost adjustment
• Category – The cost adjustment type
• Type – Shows additional information regarding sales and freight type cost adjustments
• Include/Adjust – For value-type, Include = set price field (Y/N) for production-type; Adjust = Y/N adjust to actual.
• Group – The sales adjustment group.
